Returning An Item Is Easy!

Step 1

Initiate the Return

Contact our customer service team or visit our Product Returns page to begin the return process. Please have your order number and product details available. Once your return request has been reviewed, a member of our team will issue and send you a credit memo.

Step 2

Prepare the Product for Return

Once your credit memo is received, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and a copy of the required credit memo. Use the provided return shipping label, if applicable.

Step 3

Ship and Receive Product

Drop off the package at your local shipping center. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
