New leaf spring U-bolts are the foundation of any leaf spring installation. ATS Springs supplies U-bolts for heavy, medium, and light-duty trucks, as well as automotive applications.

Available Grades & Bends

Grades: 5 to 8
Bends: Round, Square, Semi-Round

Each kit includes two U-bolts, deep nuts, and thick washers.

Important Installation Notes:

Do not reuse original or used U-bolts due to fatigue and stretching from the original torque.
Reference our recommended U-bolt torque page for proper installation.
All U-bolts are bent from straight rods when ordered.
U-bolts are special order items and non-returnable.

Measuring Your U-Bolts

Select the U-bolt bend type: Round, Square, or Semi-Round
Measure the rod diameter (“A”), inside width between legs (“B”), and leg length (“C”) to ensure proper fit.
