Leaf Spring U-Bolt Kits

ATS Springs offers premium leaf spring U-bolt kits for heavy, medium, and light-duty trucks as well as auto applications.

• Available in Grade 5 and Grade 8
• Round, square, and semi-round bends
• Includes deep nuts and thick washers for proper torque and long-lasting suspension performance

New leaf spring U-bolts are the foundation of a safe suspension install. Reusing old U-bolts is not recommended due to stretching and fatigue that occurs during the original installation.

All U-bolts are bent in-house from straight rods to ensure precise fitment and durability. Each kit contains two U-bolts, complete with deep nuts and thick washers.
Note: U-bolts are a special order item and non-returnable.

Measuring Your U-Bolts:

• Rod diameter (“A”) – check with a socket:
  • 11/16 = 7/16 rod
  • 3/4 = 1/2 rod
  • 13/16, 7/8, or 21mm = 9/16 rod
  • 15/16 = 5/8 rod
  • 1-1/16 or 1-1/8 = 3/4 rod
  • 1-5/16 = 7/8 rod
• Inside diameter (“B”) – distance between the U-bolt legs
• Leg length (“C”) – measure each U-bolt leg
