New leaf spring U-bolts are the foundation of any leaf spring installation. ATS Springs supplies U-bolts for heavy, medium, and light-duty trucks, as well as automotive applications.

• Bends: Round, Square, Semi-Round
• Sold as: Kits with 2 U-bolts, deep nuts, and thick washers

Important Notes:

• Do not reuse original or used U-bolts due to fatigue and stretching from the original torque.
• Reference our recommended U-bolt torque page for proper installation.
• All U-bolts are bent from straight rods when ordered.
• Special order item – non-returnable.

Measuring Your U-Bolts

1. Select the U-bolt bend type: Round, Square, or Semi-Round
2. Measure:
   • Rod Diameter (“A”)
   • Inside Width Between Legs (“B”)
   • Leg Length (“C”)
