Warranty Policy

Leaf springs purchased from AutoandTruckSprings.com / B&T Sales Company, Inc. are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
All other products purchased from AutoandTruckSprings.com / B&T Sales Company, Inc. carry a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the purchase date.

To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must return the product in question to AutoandTruckSprings.com / B&T Sales Company, Inc. for inspection. We reserve the right to evaluate the product and determine the validity of the claim. If the product is deemed defective under the terms of this warranty, we will either:

• Replace the product at no cost to the buyer, or
  
• Issue a full refund.
  

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products only. It does not cover any labor costs, incidental or consequential damages, or expenses arising from the use, removal, or installation of the product.

Exclusions

The warranty is void under the following conditions:

• Any modifications or alterations made to the product
  
• Improper installation or maintenance
  
• Negligence, misuse, or overloading
  
• Damage resulting from external events such as fire, flood, or other acts of nature
  

AutoandTruckSprings.com / B&T Sales Company, Inc. assumes no liability for damages or losses beyond the scope of this warranty.
