Order Processing & Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays.

Shipping Methods for Free Shipping Items

All products marked with “FREE SHIPPING” are shipped via FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail.
If you are unable to receive shipments from any of these carriers, please contact us at the time of your order so we can make alternative arrangements.

Delivery Estimates & Carrier Responsibility

ATS Springs does not guarantee delivery dates provided by carrier tracking systems. Any estimated delivery date shown by FedEx, UPS, or USPS should be considered an approximation only and not a guaranteed commitment.

Please note: Leaf springs are never eligible for guaranteed expedited delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected or paid for.

Shipping Quotes for Non-Free Shipping Items

For products not marked as “FREE SHIPPING,” our system will quote rates for UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Heavy Freight, depending on the item. If you require expedited shipping or faster delivery, please call our toll-free number at 888-943-8287 and we’ll be happy to provide alternative options and quotes.

International Shipping

Free shipping applies only to customers within the United States. For international customers, we are happy to provide quotes for USPS International Priority Mail or UPS International Shipping.
If an international order is placed for a “FREE SHIPPING” item, we will reach out to provide the applicable shipping cost, which must be paid prior to processing.
