Leaf Spring U-Bolt Kits are available for heavy-duty, medium-duty, and light-duty trucks, as well as select automotive applications.

ATS Grade 8 Semi-Round Bend U-Bolt Kits are designed to provide the strength and clamping force required for a proper leaf spring installation.

Each kit includes:

• (2) Grade 8 semi-round bend U-bolts
• Deep nuts for increased thread engagement
• Thick hardened washers for proper torque distribution

Re-using original or previously installed U-bolts is not recommended. Over time, U-bolts stretch and fatigue from being torqued, which can lead to improper clamping force and suspension failure.

New leaf spring U-bolts are the foundation of any leaf spring install, ensuring the axle and spring pack remain securely fastened under load.
