Heavy duty rear leaf spring kit designed for Ford Ranger 4WD trucks, providing increased rear load capacity while maintaining OEM-style fitment. This complete suspension kit replaces both rear leaf springs and includes all necessary hangers, shackles, U-bolts, and hardware for a full rear suspension upgrade.

This is a heavy duty (extra capacity) rear leaf spring suspension kit engineered to increase the rear load capacity of your Ford Ranger without changing factory mounting locations. The leaf springs are the exact length of the original equipment springs and use the same bushing locations, but feature an additional leaf and a thicker spring pack for improved strength and durability.
Heavy Duty Design:
This rear suspension kit replaces both sides of the truck. Right and left side leaf springs are identical. Custom U-bolt lengths are available upon request at no additional charge, ensuring proper fitment for varied axle setups.

Leaf configuration: 4/1 (5 total leaves).

Kit Components Included:
(2) New (43-781HD) heavy duty extra capacity Ford Ranger rear leaf springs.
(2) New front-position rear leaf spring hangers (correct hanger application must be selected at time of order).
(2) New rear-position rear leaf spring hangers.
(2) New rear shackles with pressed-in bushings.
(6) 9/16″ x 4-1/2″ Grade 8 leaf spring eye bolts with lock nuts and washers.
(16) 7/16″ x 1-1/4″ Grade 8 hanger mounting bolts with lock nuts and washers.
(4) 1/2″ x 2-7/8″ x 11″ round U-bolts with deep nuts and washers.

We know mistakes can be made when ordering. We are happy to accept any UNUSED, UNALTERED products back within (30) days of your purchase date. (Kits need to be returned as a complete kit, we cannot accept returns on partial kits). FREE SHIPPING Products will also have a $12.50 return processing fee applied. Please call our toll free number (888-943-8287) or email us (atssprings@gmail.com) so that we can send you a Credit Memo with our return address information. All returns must have a Credit Memo included. Ship the products back to us and once we receive your unused, unaltered product we will refund you the product cost. If you wish to return unused, unaltered products after 30 days we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to return unused, unaltered products 45 days after purchase date we wil have to charge a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any products 60 days or older after the purchase date.
