Heavy duty rear leaf spring kit designed for Ford Ranger 2WD trucks, providing increased rear load capacity while maintaining OEM-style fitment. This extra capacity suspension kit replaces both rear leaf springs and includes all required hangers, shackles, and hardware for a complete rear suspension upgrade.

This heavy duty rear leaf spring kit is engineered as an extra capacity upgrade over the factory Ford Ranger rear suspension. The leaf springs are the same overall length as the original equipment springs and utilize the same bushing locations, but feature an additional leaf and thicker steel gauge for improved load support and durability.
Heavy Duty Design:
These rear leaf springs increase rear load capacity without altering factory mounting points. Right and left side leaf springs are identical, and the kit replaces both sides of the rear suspension. Custom-length U-bolts are available upon request at no additional charge.

Kit Components Included:
(2) New (43-781HD) heavy duty Ford Ranger rear leaf springs.
(2) New Ford front-position rear leaf spring hangers.
(2) New Ford rear-position rear leaf spring hangers.
(2) New Ford rear shackles with pressed-in bushings.
(6) 9/16″ x 4-1/2″ Grade 8 leaf spring eye bolts with lock nuts and washers.
(16) 7/16″ x 1-1/4″ Grade 8 hanger mounting bolts with lock nuts and washers.
(4) 1/2″ x 2-7/8″ x 11″ round U-bolts with deep nuts and washers.

Shipping cost applies to leaf springs only. All other suspension components ship free.

All our FREE SHIPPING products are sent via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. On any products that are not FREE SHIPPING our store will quote either UPS Ground, Heavy Freight or USPS Priority Mail. We are happy to quote our customers outside the United States USPS International Priority Mail Shipping or UPS International Shipping costs. We know mistakes can be made when ordering. We are happy to accept any UNUSED, UNALTERED products back within (30) days of your purchase date. (Kits need to be returned as a complete kit, we cannot accept returns on partial kits). FREE SHIPPING Products will also have a $12.50 return processing fee applied. Please call our toll free number (888-943-8287) or email us (atssprings@gmail.com) so that we can send you a Credit Memo with our return address information. All returns must have a Credit Memo included. Ship the products back to us and once we receive your unused, unaltered product we will refund you the product cost. If you wish to return unused, unaltered products after 30 days we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to return unused, unaltered products 45 days after purchase date we wil have to charge a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any products 60 days or older after the purchase date.
