Return Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. We’re happy to accept returns on unused and unaltered products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms:

General Returns:

• A 5% processing fee will be applied to all standard returns.
  
• For FREE SHIPPING products, an additional $12.50 return processing fee will also apply.
  
• Kits must be returned complete; we cannot accept partial kit returns.
  

Before returning any items, please call us at 888-943-8287 or email atssprings@gmail.com so we can provide a Credit Memo and the appropriate return address.
Returns must include a Credit Memo to be processed.

Once we receive your return and confirm the items are unused and unaltered, we will issue a refund for the product cost (minus applicable fees).

Extended Return Period:

• Returns requested after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  
• Returns requested after 45 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  
• Returns will not be accepted on any products 60 days or more after the purchase date.
  

Special Exceptions:

• Special order items or products custom-altered to your specifications are non-returnable.
  
• All Leaf Spring and Coil Spring returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, regardless of return timeframe.
  
• Returns on orders over $350.00 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  
• U-Bolts are non-returnable, as they are custom-bent to order from straight rod stock.
  

Shipping Errors:

If we make an error in shipping your order, we will immediately send the correct items and cover all associated return shipping costs for the incorrect items.
