 GRADE 8 SQUARE U-BOLT KITS

ATS Springs offers Grade 8 square bend U-bolt kits for heavy-duty trucks, medium- and light-duty trucks, and automotive applications. These U-bolt kits are designed to provide the strength and reliability required for proper leaf spring installation.

Each Grade 8 square U-bolt kit includes:

• (2) square bend U-bolts
• Deep nuts
• Thick washers

Installation & Safety Information

Re-use of original or previously installed leaf spring U-bolts is not recommended due to fatigue and stretching that occur when U-bolts are originally torqued. New leaf spring U-bolts are the foundation of a proper leaf spring install and help ensure long-term suspension performance.

For correct installation, refer to our recommended U-bolt torque specifications when installing new U-bolts.

Important Ordering Information

All ATS Springs U-bolts are custom bent from straight rods at the time of order. Because of this, U-bolts are considered special order items and are non-returnable.
