ATS RETURN POLICY
We know mistakes can be made when ordering. We are happy to accept any UNUSED, UNALTERED products back within (30) days of your purchase date. (Kits need to be returned as a complete kit, we cannot accept returns on partial kits) Please call our toll free number (888-943-8287) or email us (btsales@verizon.net) so that we can send you a Credit Memo with our return address information. All returns must have a Credit Memo included. Ship the products back to us and once we receive your unused, unaltered product we will refund you 100% of the product cost.
If you wish to return unused, unaltered products after 30 days we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you wish to return unused, unaltered products 45 days after purchase date we wil have to charge a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns on any products 60 days or older after the purchase date.
Any special order items are non returnable. Any products that are altered for your specifications are non returnable.
We bend all U-Bolts from straight rods. Since U-Bolt orders are custom made per application we will not be able to accept returns on these items.
If we make a mistake when shipping your order we will immediately ship the correct products to you and will cover the shipping cost to return the incorrect products back.

All our FREE SHIPPING products are sent via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. On any products that are not FREE SHIPPING our store will quote either UPS Ground, Heavy Freight or USPS Priority Mail. If you need a quick ship please call our toll free number (888-943-8287) and we will be happy to quote you alternative shipping options.
FREE SHIPPING items only apply to customers in the United States. We are happy to quote our customers outside the United States USPS International Priority Mail Shipping costs. If a FREE SHIPPING order is accidentally placed from outside the United States we will contact you with the applicable cost that will need to be placed on your order.
ATS WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS Leaf Springs purchased from AutoandTruckSprings.com/B&T Sales Company, Inc. are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for (1) year after purchase date. All other products purchased from AutoandTruckSprings.com/B&T Sales Company, Inc. are warranted against defects in material workmanship for (90) days after purchase date. The buyer must return the product in question to AutoandTruckSprings.com/B&T Sales Company, Inc.. We are entitled to inspect the product and determine if it is deemed a valid warranty claim. Upon determination of a valid warranty claim AutoandTruckSprings.com/B&T Sales Company, Inc. will either replace the defective product or refund the buyer in full.
The warranty is limited to replacement or refund of products that have been deemed defective by us and will not cover any labor charges for any consequential or incidental damages or expenses arising from their use.
AutoandTruckSprings.com/B&T Sales Company, Inc shall not be liable if there are any alterations, improper installation, maintenance, negligence, overload, or misuse of products.
Products that have been damaged by flood, fire or other events are not subject to warranty.
